It's been a while since the last time I read a historical romance and how much I missed it. There's something magical about a proper gentleman with an edge of darkness and a naive, virgin young lady with a desire for danger falling in love, that entices the most tender hearts. I just love this genre, with the cliches and all.

I love TO ENTICE AN EARL, such funny read. I enjoy reading about those two childhood friends, who depicted each other as adults, become a couple. I love to read a good love-hate relationship and the author really knew how to pull it off.

Alexa as a character was really good, such badass young woman, who has her own insecurities, her own problems in a society where a lady had to be 'perfect' regarding their standards. I like the fact that she wasn't the typical heroines of this genre, who are completely rebellious or totally obedient; she was a mixed of the two. I LOVE Maxon, he's the perfect man, handsome, funny, smart, sensible, wants women to be their own, and plus, he's rich with a Title.

Overall, this book was really good, I spend a great time with it. It's captivating from the start, very fast and easy to read, and with two charming leading characters. This is the 3rd book of the Entangled Nobility series but can be read as standalone, and I'm absolutely going to read the previous ones and those coming for sure.

Naomi Boom is an author who never expected to love writing. Her inspiration struck on a search for the perfect historical romance novel to read. Nothing sounded appealing, so she decided to write her own. That one novel has morphed into a series, and hopefully many, many more.

She resides in her home state of South Dakota with her husband and toddler. Her dream is to someday find an acreage where she can raise chickens and continue her writing.
